The Story Behind Assiduous Fitness
My fitness journey started after having children when I found myself at my heaviest. I had always been active, but the struggle to lose weight felt overwhelming. Through strength training and proper nutrition, I lost 100 pounds—proving to myself that lasting change is possible.
That transformation fueled my passion for helping others. As a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, I’ve spent the past 6 years helping clients lose weight, build strength, and create sustainable habits.
I founded Assiduous Fitness to provide personalized, results-driven coaching that fits into real life. My mission is simple: to help people take control of their health and build habits that last a lifetime!

How often should I train with you to see results?
Most clients train with me 2-4 times per week, but the frequency can be adjusted based on your goals and availability.
What if I am not fit and haven't worked with a personal trainer before?
No worries, I have worked with many clients in many forms of health. We will take it slow and go at steady safe pace!
Yes, Nutrition is one of the biggest parts of the program. As a Certified Nutrition coach I will dive into all the details with you. For example I will teach you how to count your macros, how to read food labels, and make the best decisions possible in any situation.
My approach is highly personalized to your specific needs and goals. This roots with my personal experience with weight loss, and the highs and lows of the journey.
